Award winning Chef, Chris Wheeler, returns to his roots

Chris Wheeler the ginger chef is Stoke Park’s celebrated Executive Chef and he is delighted to be returning to his roots, coming home to make some guest appearances and help shape the menu’s for the newly establish Pub Co.

Lamb and Wolf, which now boasts four pubs in Dorset. The Nothe Tavern, Weymouth and The Angel Poole are renowned for their outstanding food offering, using local suppliers for meat, vegetables and dairy.

Hello and welcome!

It was a pleasure to meet all our guests on the grand opening night, see if you can spot yourself from our photo gallery.

The Prosecco was flowing freely and so were the wonderful bar bites from our kitchen, hand crafted by our Chef. Come on in and give our fresh new menu a try. From bar bites to three course meals there’s something for everyone.


We love them, sit your little one down to a dinner with no bits, we serve a children’s set menu for only £5.

Starting with some breadsticks, choose between cheesy or tomato pasta, chicken goujons, bangers & mash, mini burger & chips or fish & chips. Visiting on Sunday? Then they can have a half portion of any of the roasts. All topped off with a Purbeck ice cream. Been good? Have a sweetie when you leave.
